We start with a no-obligation meeting to get to know you, your vision, and your priorities. Together we’ll look at your site, drawings, or ideas and talk through what matters most — budget, design, timeframe, and lifestyle.
No plans yet? No worries. We can point you in the right direction with trusted local architects and designers who align with your vision and budget.
As your architect or designer develops plans, we stay involved to provide practical buildability feedback. Once your drawings are finalised and building consent is granted, we’re ready to move into detailed planning.
If you’d like to move forward with us, the next step is signing a PSA. This allows us to engage our trusted subcontractors and suppliers, we involve our Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate pricing tailored to your project.
We’ll present your detailed pricing and proposed contract structure in a meeting (in person or via Zoom). If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll issue an official NZCB Residential Building Contract. Once this is signed, your start date is confirmed and locked into our schedule.
Before breaking ground, we ensure everything is in place for a smooth start:
- Health & safety planning and site signage
- Scheduling of subcontractors
- Client onboarding into Rave Build, our project management software, giving you 24/7 access to schedules, progress notes, and site photos
- A pre-construction meeting about one week before work begins to confirm all details and logistics
Our skilled team, led by Cam on site, brings your plans to life with attention to detail and efficiency. Tara provides weekly updates with photos and notes, keeping you informed and confident throughout. We coordinate all subcontractors and maintain a safe, tidy, and respectful site at all times.
On completion, we carry out thorough quality checks before walking you through your new home or renovated space. You’ll receive all compliance documentation and warranties, and we’ll check in after handover to ensure everything continues to meet expectations.
